  Nice area but awful service. There were screaming kids in the room over, banging on the door that connects two rooms. We asked for a new room, but that room also had annoying, noisy and obnoxious neighbors. Hotel service (excluding the Hispanic maids, they were kind) treated us poorly. At the end of all this they triple charged us on our room. This essentially emptied our bank account, and we had to wait several days to get this money back. And get this, they "accidentally" emptied our bank account again about a week after we had left the hotel. We got our money back, but when we demanded some sort of consolidation from the managers of the hotel, they treated us like crap and told us to get lost. Never staying here again, very rude people and I do believe they do this to very wealthy people hoping that they don't notice $3,000+ is gone from their bank account.

  Amazing food and atmosphere. Service was great and the whole experience was very enjoyable. The rooms were nicely decorated and the buffet was awesome with ice sculptures and very fresh food. Would recommend.
